Tom has over 20 years of mortgage experience and he specializes in clients needing guidance with Divorce Mortgage Planning. Tom graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Economics. He is divorced, and the father of 2 young adults, one in Hollywood and the other in San Diego. He is active with Saddleback Church and Orangewood Children’s Home.

There is a lot of fear in a divorce, “Am I going to be OK?” is a big question. Assisting clients in qualifying to buy out their spouse or a new home is rewarding.
